There are so many different places to visit when you have a baby/ child but it’s always nice to visit somewhere you’ve never been before. Today me, my friend and our little girls went to The Play barn at Poringland and we loved it!
At just £4 if your child is crawling or £7.50 if walking (£1.50 for adults) it’s a really cheap day out. Liberty still isn’t crawling so she got in free.
If you intend on visiting frequently they do a 3 month membership for just £35 a month (which includes entry for 1 child and 1 adult) which I thought was brilliant.
There is just so much to do there, whatever the weather. For a rainy day they have an indoor play area, a beach barn (which is basically a HUGE indoor sandpit), ball pool and a quiet area for reading. If the weather is slightly warmer they have a courtyard for ride on tractors, a climbing frame, diggers, a maze, mini golf and a farm yard with pigs, goats, ponies, alpacas and more.
They also have a coffee bar where you can order lunch and it’s surprisingly not over priced at all.
We had such a fantastic day out and I cannot recommend the place enough.
Take a look at The Play Barn website here for more information.
I would love to hear from anyone that has any other recommendations of places to visit in Norfolk, I love a day out!
